Not recommendable hotel for stay. Terrible & zero mattress maintenance

I will start with positive note as the staffs are good and polite, location is prominent for business people, food is ok which must be improvised. As part of negative note, we had terrible experience with this stay as initially we got allocated room no 103, however we were encountered door lock issue then they changed a room to 105, while sleeping we felt bed spring pinching issue on several places of the bed then they changed to old room 103 after fixing the lock issue. Yesterday night we had the same bed spring issue at room 103 then they turned the bed and we managed to sleep last night. Concern is, no utter maintenance happening as part of bed mattress as they use old beds for several years. I would recommend MakeMyTrip not to advise this hotel to me in future and for other guests as well. Here Management needs more attention on maintenance especially on mattress as everyone needs peace and comfort while staying outside but it lacks here and I don’t recommend my friends and family to this hotel.

I booked this room for a business trip, so I choose twin bed. Room was very small. It’s all full of seepage in the room. Smell of moisture. Dirtiest towel, Dirty mat. Food Qualityand taste is good. It’s 2 star hotel when it’s listed like 4 star

I have recently stayed at akshay aura, a 4-star hotel in bangalore, and had a wonderful experience! the hotel's proximity to ks r bangalore city railway station (within 2 km) and popular attractions like pothys silks, freedom park, lal bagh, and chick-pet was a big plus. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a spotless bathroom. All the amenities listed in the description were provided, exceeding our expectations. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, although it only offered vegetarian options. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, thanks to harpreet who ensured a smooth transition. Her warm welcome and professional demeanor set the tone for a wonderful stay. What impressed us most was the hotel's family-friendly atmosphere and emphasis on safety.
