Unclean, smelly, very small room. Have left didnt take pics. Bathrooms very dirty

This property is not a hotel, it’s apartments type. Don’t think great for short 2-3 days solo business travelers. Don’t have tea kettle in room, don’t have kitchen (bring food from somewhere, limited options for breakfast, do not have restaurant inside property. Only plus was manager and supporting staff were courteous. I wouldn’t prefer for next stay for sure. I do think i was charged very high. I could easily stay in 4 star facility at this rate. It may be good for families.

I had requested cancellation of booking just 2 hours following the so called deadline for free cancellation, there was still 1 day left for my check in ( 22 hours to be precise). Even after producing all the medical records hotel denied cancellation and refund.

The place is comforting nice ambience kind of old luxury

It was a very terrible and awful experience. The staffs were not welcoming at all as i was denied access to the facility. It was a total waste of money, time, and to cap it up, very demeaning attitude portrayed by the host. Please contact the host and confirmed that the property was not made available for use and refund my money as soon as possible. Thanks

I paid high for one night. It's worth low. (1) Room and bath was small. (2) Breakfast had no options. They made one item and didn't even ask. With this much cost I was expecting a small hotel at least but it's a small service apartment. And I felt that I am the only person staying there. I didn't see anyone else. The hotel didn't ask for my ID proof. The hotel doesn't have a entry book. They asked me to enter few details in a paper.

Centrally located all main attraction just 30 mins away, rooms were neat and clean and plus balcony and terrace really refreshing and awesome experience.

No varieties for breakfast, telephone was engaged so I need to reach reception for every need, lift also not working sometimes.

Good stay for people working around ITC greens, Banaswadi Road. Breakfast was also good and made per requirement.

Good hospitality, food was good
