The stay was surprisingly comfortable. The staff courteous, the buffet breakfast had variety of options, overall, a pretty good value for money. Definitely recommend.

Room was smelling , the water heater was unclean , tv switches were loose and getting disconnected . Few electrical sockets not working . On the whole not a very pleasant stay

Could be better customer experience
I checked in late. Checked out early. Just 2hours late than the usual check out time. Asked for the refund for a day. Property says speak to mmt. Mmt says property denied. So not a pleasant experience.
