Pathetic room Condition & Poor Night Duty Staff Behaviour

Rooms were not available. They have given me twin bedroom . Room condition also poor not look like you are sitting in a well known property. Not worth of 5000 Rs. for a day. Front office at night duty also not professional I asked I checked in late any good room available or upgrade available either he should say he doesn’t have the upgrade available he said I have upgraded your floor ?? What is this behaviour of front office staff? Am I fool ? Bed room condition is pathetic.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price

I booked a Business Class room for 3 days, but the stay was far from worth the price paid. The overall experience was disappointing. The room maintenance was poor, especially the washroom, where water would flow all the way to the main door after a shower. The door mats were constantly wet and felt unhygienic. Customer service was equally unsatisfactory — staff seemed biased in their treatment of guests. During breakfast, I requested coffee, but it was forgotten and only served after I reminded them 15 minutes later, with the casual excuse that they had “forgotten.” The reception staff also lacked courtesy and attentiveness. Overall, a very poor experience for the price charged.

Property location is convenient to offices but if you are looking for a quote place it's not the place... Even walking outside is difficult very congested place.. property otherwise is fine though they had a distinct fragrance all over which personally I didn't like and it was irritating... The front office people were so good and well behaved.The stay was really good. The only bothering things was, While sleeping at morning, all of a sudden some laundry person was ringing the bell which was really disturbing...so it would be good if these kinda things are not happening next time.

Room Choice Location not good

The stay was good the only thing disappointing was the room window no city view visible as the whole window was shaded in our room and we were alotted back side room, next time if we book through MMT make sure to give best rooms not some discarded ones who no one takes otherwise would have to book from hotel website direct from next time
