I booked a Business Class room for 3 days, but the stay was far from worth the price paid. The overall experience was disappointing. The room maintenance was poor, especially the washroom, where water would flow all the way to the main door after a shower. The door mats were constantly wet and felt unhygienic.
Customer service was equally unsatisfactory — staff seemed biased in their treatment of guests. During breakfast, I requested coffee, but it was forgotten and only served after I reminded them 15 minutes later, with the casual excuse that they had “forgotten.” The reception staff also lacked courtesy and attentiveness.
Overall, a very poor experience for the price charged.
