Bed are very dirty, they didn’t change the bed sheet and pillow cover and also there is no hygiene and washroom is not at all hygiene and inside the room cockroach are there please maintain hygiene

I went to the location and was told that there wasnt a room available. Had to find another place, pay extra, waste my time, was late for my meeting. I do not know what assurance or security make my trip offers to its customers.

We have booked two triple beds but we have got two double beds. That too they were cleaning rooms after we arrived only. Waited for two hours. No support nothing. Please don't book this as it is cheaper also. Look for other rooms.

We booked for 3 people room there only 2 pillows available they are not giving additional pillow and no tv working , am checked in the room 9pm am requested to front office men for 2 hours extended room he said your came from Mmt we cant give extension for Mmt people you will come directly we will 24 hrs like that he said he gave only one hour like 12pm we checkedout 6am for my personal reason

It was a ok experience with a small clean room and the hotel executive was calm and helped in every manner he could

very stinky and dirty rooms tv not working bathrooms also stinky not worth for money. even I asked for changing non ac to ac charged 450 rs still rooms are stinky

Facilities was great Considering I was travelling alone I didn't struggled to find food and other necessary things, this place is well equipped to meet most of the requirements.

Everything about the room and the price is good and the problem is no wifi facility and I had a very good time

The room was not hygienic, we could notice cockroaches crawling and smell was so disgusting

Please don't go there, very, very bad hygiene and poor customer service. Receptionist behaviour is not good.

Rude behavior: the staff were unprofessional and rude, shouting at customers. Unethical practices: a staff member demanded extra money without any valid reason, he was saying about some checkout late charges although we checked out at 11 am. Lack of accountability: when i mentioned i would report these issues to makemytrip, the staff member dismissed my concerns, stating complaints don’t matter as "nothing happens" this behavior is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s management practices. I request: a thorough investigation into this matter. Appropriate disciplinary action against the staff involved. A formal apology for this distressing experience. Compensation for the poor treatment and unethical demands. I trust that makemytrip will address this issue seriously and ensure such incidents are not repeated, to maintain the trust of its customers. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. cockroaches everywhere. when I told this to the owner he said he will get a hit but never came back . I kept asking them and he kept saying he would get. the next day finally by evening he got it but did not clean the room. I literally had to fight with the hotel to get my room clean. he later said they have clean once in 2 days policy. seriously!!

I recently stayed at hotel parkwood inn and had a wonderful experience. The check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. My room was clean, spacious, and had modern decor that felt inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows. The bathroom was spotless with strong water pressure, and the toiletries were a nice touch. Noise levels were low, providing a restful night’s sleep. My room had a fantastic city view, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.

No proper parking space, i dint get the same no of rooms that i booked for, delay for finding another replacement for that, poor service, found cockroaches on my bed. Well and im never using the app again thanks tough

Propertity location is near about nimhans hospital cooking arrangemet on the roof of the property not at all cleaned there is no lift arrangement for going cooking purpose
