Location is good. check in could have been better, basic information like single bed or double bed should be informed, however not done. subsequent change not allowed too. Room service though timing was OK, what was informed didn't get delivered, had to remind them to bring the balance. I ordered DalKichidi, recd pickle but not curd which was part of it. morning breakfast spread is Good, good taste, but availability of cups, water, tissue paper not done. two supervisor on the floor but only to make others work...zero support from them. last one, room had electric kettle but not working...nice room though
