Location of the property is good, it is well connected and all the nearby shops fulfill the common needs of travellers. The hotel services however needs to improve its room services. The lone staff at reception and a couple of part time local youth is not able to serve the guests properly. Room service consequently is poor.

familyThe provision of food wasnt available. Even breakfast was mentioned to be available, but they didnt provide. Water and soaps were not provided, we had to ask for it. These are basic thibgs to expect from a hotel service. The tv was not working, the phone was not working. Because thete is no lift, we had to keep going to and fro from 2nd floor. The staff was polite, but not very helpful. They wouldnt attend to requests quickly, rather be late half and hour or more. It was very disappointing.
