Review Of Goldfinch Hotel Bangalore

It was awful with no hot water, lack for cleanliness (Hair Strands all over the room including linen) The rooms needs to be renovated it’s all worn out .. on top of all this frequent issues with Air Conditioner... Would never stay here again ..

I was charged extra for an early check in. After paying an extra amount I was given a small smoking room. It was dirty not cleaned properly. I will not recommend anyone to choose goldfinch. There are many decent hotels at the same price.

The room was not ready at the check in time.The room was serviced when we were not there in the room.No privacy/decency.

The property is very well located with multiple eateries near by and just ten minutes away from the centre of the city. The food was excellent with a decent variety and the staff and service was without a doubt fantastic.

All good but the shower can be better

Overall room was okay. No one to take care of Luggage! No efforts made by staff for room change request, as Bed was facing North, so was unable to sleep properly. Access Card needs to be reactivated again! Electric Kettle plug point was not working. Limited but good tastey breakfast options.

The rooms had no wifi. The TV, Fridge wasn’t working. On requesting support from service they would just stall, with no follow up. Check-in was 35 mins late. Otherwise rooms were good and clean.

The check in took some time but the twist was check out! They had literally held me waiting with my ola getting cancelled right outside!! It took them 15 mins to get a verification of the room check out even i was staying for one night. Processes at this hotel sucks.
