Rooms are good but food was very poor and too high price not worth

Good, stay good, BF-good, room spacious and clean, would stay there again. Not too many options for vegetarians at the restaurant.

Charge the amount for complimentary food like wafers, cashew, etc. If it is chargeable then inform the guest.

Hospitality and service of staffs was good and the food quality and it’s variety was terrific . Rooms are clean and neat

Reception staff is not very responsible. long check in time and rooms category booked was not delivered. The response was it is subject to availability at the time of check in which was absolutely new thing. Even the staff asked if I wanted a non-smoking room I have to mention it in advance which is so weird. As per my knowledge all hotel rooms are non smoking and if I want smoking I have to request and not the either way. I would not stay there again.

Good location but staff behaviour can be better. the staff at check-in time was rude. we waited at lobby for 30 minutes and did not get even water.

Poor service & pathetic staff, though property is good but need 2.0 version, Tea served had cracked cups

Beautiful stay, the rooms were clean and tidy and the staffs were formal and welcoming.

It was awful with no hot water, lack for cleanliness (Hair Strands all over the room including linen) The rooms needs to be renovated it’s all worn out .. on top of all this frequent issues with Air Conditioner... Would never stay here again ..

I was charged extra for an early check in. After paying an extra amount I was given a small smoking room. It was dirty not cleaned properly. I will not recommend anyone to choose goldfinch. There are many decent hotels at the same price.

good place in middle of City value for money

The room was not ready at the check in time.The room was serviced when we were not there in the room.No privacy/decency.

The property is very well located with multiple eateries near by and just ten minutes away from the centre of the city. The food was excellent with a decent variety and the staff and service was without a doubt fantastic.

facilities were overall great , rooms are very well maintained. staffs were friendly and cooperative, but there was a long waiting time during checkin
