had a pleasant stay at U T ELITE The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. and the hotel’s location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience

No television recharge done, hence TV wasnot functioning for both days of my stay. Poor electricity connection, no lights were getting switched off. Very unhygienic toilets. Dangerous lift without any maintenance. Afraid of taking lift had to climb down and up three floors. Total waste.

Very good and clean rooms, comfortable bed, good condition ac, quickly response, tasty food services also good.

It's easy to find the hotel and the hotel staff was kind, rooms are very neat though its non ac room, tv, towel, on call restaurant every thing was good

The hotel is centrally located. The rooms, toilets, and corridors were very clean. The response of the staff for assistance was quick and cordial. There is basement parking for cars, but the parking lot can accommodate only a few cars. Overall it was a nice stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Clean bedsheets & toilet. We booked room for three adults, 2 of them senior citizens, but room allotted was small for three. Room had one double bed only. Separate matress was given. One of us had to sleep on floor. We had to asked for towels.

Hotel staff was nice and well mannered. Room was clean and stay was good. Water bottle was offered daily. I have not chosen food in my stay. But, i already had dined in. So i know there food quality. It's nice too.

No bath towel or toothpaste, breakfast is very poor. The behavior of the staff at the counter is not fair

Very nice clean and decent hotel. Nice staff. Rooms are cleaned everyday without fail. Clean white bed sheets and pillow. Overall i regularly stay here when i go for work. Worth the money undoubtedly

I had to wait for 1 hour thought i went late than the check in time. I’ve seen receptionist commenting and being rude to every customer crossing him.

It is a comfortable room for 3people with 1 double bed and a single bed. It is very near to many commercial places like chickpet, mg nagar and in a very reasonable price compared to other hotels
