Pleasant Experience with Great Food and Easy Connectivity
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The service was satisfactory, and the staff were courteous. The breakfast buffet was tasty with good variety, and the room service was quite decent. The location is very convenient, being close to the metro station, which made commuting easy and hassle-free. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Horrible experience! Extremely Disappointed
The entire staff is beyond lazy. Request anything from room service to a basic housekeeping requirement- it’ll take ages to come to you. Caught cold because they had misplaced my room’s fan remote - took them 3 days to fix it my 4 days of total stay. Caught fever and ordered soup - took 1 hour 20 minutes and 3 calls to the reception, to get it to my room. During morning breakfast buffet - the staff is more interested in picking up dirty plates from your table than helping with options. Constantly disturbing you while you eat. Even had a dirty used spoon placed on table with yogurt all over it and I was to use it.

Decent hotel in Whitefield vicinity
Small room but neat clean tidy and cozy. Got free upgrade for dinner to but it was subpar . Breakfast was fine with enough variety. Room service is slow.

My overall experience was excellent — from the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, everything felt smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. 🏨 Accommodation & Ambience The hotel offers a luxurious yet cozy environment, with modern interiors and well-maintained rooms. My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, featuring a comfortable bed, ample lighting, and all the necessary amenities — including a mini-fridge, work desk, and fast Wi-Fi, which was perfect for catching up on emails and remote onboarding tasks. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked, with high-quality toiletries and daily housekeeping ensuring everything remained fresh. 🍽️ Food & Dining The complimentary buffet breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. It had a wide variety of options, including Indian and continental dishes, fresh fruits, live counters for dosa and omelettes, and a great selection of beverages. Every meal felt satisfying and freshly prepared. Average Stay
Room was fine but the gym equipment was really bad quality. Breakfast was average. Boiled eggs were not clean. Not washed before boiling and not good quality eggs. Room was tiny. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

Pathetic service .....
[Keys Hotel Management] I did not expect such poor service during my stay. The experience was very disappointing: I placed an order for water, but it took over 1 hour to be delivered to my room. For my food order, I again faced the same issue, waiting 45 minutes for service. This kind of delay in basic room service is unacceptable. With such an experience, I am seriously reconsidering whether I will stay here again in the future. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements. needs improvement with front desk service and house keeping.
Staff are polite and Good. Toiletries and Food has no standards. Towels they provide looks like floor mats. Dinner buffet looks pathetic. They don’t refill fresh food unless you demand. They serve group bookings and empty dinner food earlier. The taste was not much compared to my earlier stays. Needs improvement. Front desk and House keeping staff are bit rude and are not friendly.
