The food, location everything else was good, but I guess they should include a welcome kit for the guests like a cookie box, dry fruits or something basic.

I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the service overall was excellent. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and the location was really convenient. I’d definitely stay here again.

NEVER AGAIN. I have stayed at this hotel approx. 5 times, but the quality of hotel has dropped significant. There is 0 customer concerns and everything about making money. I spent at this property and here are the list of goofups by this hotel 1. The rooms have mosquitoes. Big one. Foreigners please stay away or bring mosquito repellent. Only when I asked, they bothered to put All-Out. 2. Can't attach picture, but if I could I can show the stain which came after I have killed a mosquito. I noticed after 4 days in my 8 days stay, that they have not even changed the bedsheet. For my tough Indian skin might have worked, I am sure foreigners would have got rashes. 3. Construction was happening, which is normal in any hotel. Especially they have been over taken by Mariott. At 10:00pm on 3rd night, I complained of the noise and then they stopped. On the 5th night, I was shaken and rattled with loud noise at Midnight - it was drilling noise. No one can be this stupid - In a hotel doing construction at Midnight I had to go downstairs to tell them, when clearly in reception they can hear it. (I even have a video proof which I have added on Google Review) 4. I asked for refund for 3 nights - Mosquito night and 2 drilling night and was out right refused, with promise they will give me discount next time - David - I might have not been assertive enough - after this, I will even request my company to remove this hotel from listing. Pool doesn't work, the Gym stink of sweat and the traffic ingress and egress to this hotel is worse. The pastry and fruit is their way of apologizing. Bringing some Hotel Management fresher lady to apologies isn't enough.

stay was good and place was good well maintained. but it was strange they were charged us to for dry cleaning and other services which are supposed to be free in a hotel

The hotel is average at best—not sure how it earned a 4 or 5-star rating. The internet was choppy, amenities were lacking, and the overall environment was quite noisy. On the plus side, the location is convenient, being close to a metro station, and the staff was polite and courteous. Overall, it was just fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t choose it again for comfort or reliability.

Had a goof stay at Trinity Hotel in Bengaluru — the rooms were clean and m comfortable. The staff was attentive. Good location with easy access to restaurants and attractions — worth the price!

The location was easy to find and easily connected via various transportation options, the food was really good and restaurant was accommodative of the requirements. Finally, the hotel had all necessary amenities and service. Overall really good experience.
