I had the worst holiday experience of my life at ZION Hotel. I’m genuinely confused how this place is rated as a 4-star hotel; it doesn’t even meet basic service standards.
From the moment we arrived, there was no help with our luggage and no staff at the gate. At check-in, no one assisted us, and the reception area was constantly crowded with people who were clearly not hotel guests,
The service was shockingly poor. Whether it was room service or even a simple request like tea, we had to wait up to 4 hours completely unacceptable, especially when we were there for a business meeting.
Breakfast was another letdown. The staff were rude and unhelpful, refusing to accommodate even small requests, saying, This is our menu, we won't entertain anything else.
Overall, this hotel is nowhere near 4-star quality. It lacks basic hospitality, professionalism, and most importantly, a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
Avoid this hotel if you're looking for a peaceful, professional, or enjoyable stay.
