    Could not sleep in the room because of renovation work

    I stayed in room no 2003 the room was clean and good . When it comes to complimentary breakfast I was not too bod . But on 5th nov when I checked in hotel labours was going painting work and scratching the wall and that noise was annoying . We lost our sleep in the afternoon. We after requesting they continued to do the work .

    Stay was pleasant and luxurious. Good Ambience and excellent service. Location was perfect and within the heart of the city. Ample Parking Space at basement. Swimming Pool on rooftop was just excellent.

    the room was decent , good space and all the amineties available, though slight smell of moisture was in the room and the towels looked dirty even though washed but had black colour on them , otherwise the hotel was wonderful

    They do not parcel your item from counter to your room we have to go down and have to get if we call on reception they will tell call on 2 number when call on 2 they will tell call on 6 sir and when we call on 6 again they will tell call on reception sir worst part 🙏🏻

    The property is situated in a good location near the majestic metro station. Food (Breakfast) is also good with multiple varieties. One concern, there is no ceiling fan in the room and also central AC takes time to cool the room.

    Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not a 4-Star Hotel by Any Standard

    I had the worst holiday experience of my life at ZION Hotel. I’m genuinely confused how this place is rated as a 4-star hotel; it doesn’t even meet basic service standards. From the moment we arrived, there was no help with our luggage and no staff at the gate. At check-in, no one assisted us, and the reception area was constantly crowded with people who were clearly not hotel guests, The service was shockingly poor. Whether it was room service or even a simple request like tea, we had to wait up to 4 hours completely unacceptable, especially when we were there for a business meeting. Breakfast was another letdown. The staff were rude and unhelpful, refusing to accommodate even small requests, saying, This is our menu, we won't entertain anything else. Overall, this hotel is nowhere near 4-star quality. It lacks basic hospitality, professionalism, and most importantly, a safe and comfortable environment for guests. Avoid this hotel if you're looking for a peaceful, professional, or enjoyable stay.
