    The lobby was filled with smoke smell. They made me write down personal details such as official email address and phone number and they didn't let me check in without that. No enthusiasm for the guests coming. Not much help provided. The room was shabby with 1990s air conditioners and scratched out wooden surfaces and chair. The door was hard to open from the outside. The bathrooms looked horrible and especially the commode was super low. Anyone with decent back pain or mildly heavy or old people would definitely suffer.

    Superb service, very good staff, good rooms

    The location is perfect, no noise from the busy main road, but close enough to get there in a minute. Service staff were excellent, from reaching the property to post check-out. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Was upgraded to a studio room, was nice of the staff. The property is a little old, but rooms are very good. Didn’t like the bathroom at all, it was a bit outdated, not maintained, creaky, and doesn’t go with the theme of the hotel at all, but rooms are nice and rustic. Room service was good, very nice food. Would definitely choose this place again for a stay in Indiranagar.

    From the time of check in to my late night wake call before departure, the hotel did what it is supposed to - exceed expectations. the front office, restaurant staff, housekeeping and security all do their job with a smile.

    While location and rooms are good, front desk is non-existent at night. There was a lift breakdown and it was not fixed for over 12 hours causing great inconvenience to senior citizens who were stuck in 2nd floor rooms.

    Room was ok. Location is good. Bedroom doesn't have strong enough lights so looks dingy. Disco behind the building meant loud music on friday night and little chance of sleep.

    Location: great, in the heart of indiranagar. Check in: delayed but handled well by the receptionist. Room: it was a run down old property or at least my room. Not enough lighting and mirror around the wardrobe area. Shower broke during my stay which had to be fixed. Food: limited and repeated options for breakfast. Other food items ordered in the room was just okay. Housekeeping: okay overall: certainly not a place worth the current 4. 2/5 rating on mmt. This is a 3/5 place and shouldn't be charging anything more than 3k per night.

    Hospitality shown by justa team was unparalleled and at par, definitely it’s going to be my place whenever i visit bangalore. Visited bangalore many time before and stayed at many hotels but never found such a delightful stay experience in bangalore. Do visit and give it a try and best part is.     It is a decent place. A boutique place well designed, but not very well maintained. For e. G. Curtains in the room were not closing properly as the hooks had come out. I told this to the manager twice. But nothing was done and the manager didn't even tell me anything about it. For 3 nights, i slept with a lot of light coming in from outside. Similarly, for billing, the system was not working, hence somehow handwritten receipts were given after insistence. Else, the food was good and people were humble.
