I had a very disappointing experience with this booking. I had booked the hotel through MakeMyTrip at a discounted price, but just an hour before check-in, I received a call from the hotel saying they couldn’t accept the booking because the price was too low and that it was a mistake from MakeMyTrip. They asked me to cancel and rebook at a higher rate, which was completely unprofessional. If there was an issue with the pricing, they should have coordinated directly with MakeMyTrip, not with the customer. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted our time.
Thankfully, the MakeMyTrip customer care team was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue — I truly appreciate their support.
However, the stay experience was extremely poor. The room was unhygienic, with bed bugs on the walls and floors. The mat and floor were dirty, and the flush was not working properly. I had paid around per day, the quality of the room was nowhere close to being worth that price.
Overall, a very disappointing stay — I will definitely not be booking this property again.
