Switches were broken, restroom was not clean

The room was smelling and there were cockroaches moving here and there, AC was not functioning

Absolutely horrible experience 😞 cockroach infested hole.... staff were extremely arrogant & AC doesn't work. extremely disappointed....will never ever step into this place again. Highly discourage every customer

Most unhygienic spot to stay. Be cautious, you may find hairs and cockroaches on the floor. Dwaraka not really Grand as it is mentioned!

The TV was not working and the bed sheets were dirty

secured place for solo travellers with no gender bias. Liked it. Easy accessible to metro and other places.

It was okay. Nothing out of the ordinary and the staff was not the friendliest. Could and should have been better than this.

Washroom was small and not cleaned. Room was also small with bedsheets and blanket not washed properly.

Breakfast and dinner were good. I have never seen such a dirty bath towel in hotels. Please do replacement

The people at the reception were good but the staff is not. The staff is highly unfriendly and doesn't know what is going on. Cleanliness can improve a lot.

Was good and clean. Budget friendly stay easy access to the hotel in the first floor. Very good service

The room was unhygienic. Ac was not working. . Restaurant got closed at 10. 15 pm so we had to order food from zomato. Towel not provided. Overall experience was disgusting.

Dwarka grand hotel has terrible smelly rooms, dirty beds and bedsheets, dirty blanket. They created fake reviews in google i think, remove that hotel from make my trip otherwise it effects on your reputation

They give us very bad room which doesn’t even have proper ac or lights working, washroom was dirty and shower not working

However, the issue was resolved promptly by the hotel staff. Despite minor drawbacks like the room size and occasional power cuts, the hotel's positives, such as its amiable staff, delicious dining options, convenient location, and pleasant surroundings, make hotel dwarka a commendable choice for travelers seeking a comfortable stay in the area.

The room was not at all clean when we entered the room for check-in and lots of dust there at every corner of the room. At many times no guy was there at the reception to attend us neither they were having a phone to make a call to them. Mmt please take a stern action against them.

The room can be more cleaner and food too can be of better quality. Location of hotel and service is good.

Bedsheets, washroom, blankets should be cleaner. Rest everything is okay for the price. Will recommend for budget stays
