    When I went in room Thierry TV is not working after call technician & told me use Internet option , will solve it soon. After come again from dinner issue is as it is. Then call technician again.he started TV & went back but remote is not working, again call him he changed remote n setup box. Even booked room & paid tariff but they didn't prepare properly before guest come . Due to thier issue I need to slept around 12.30 am

    The A.C turned off in the middle of the stay and didn’t turn back on again. The staff Jatin gave a room with a double bed when room was supposed to be queen bed and then said he cannot help and it’s not his problem

    The hotel is decent - typical Ibis but the food, especially the breakfast is terrible. I have had food in other ibis and this is the worst. The hotel location is also not the best. Never staying here again.

    I must say it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. The behavior of both the reception and restaurant staff was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. Despite multiple requests, they were inattentive and rude, often requiring several calls just to get basic assistance. Additionally, the food served was subpar—both in quality and hygiene. It’s truly unfortunate that I chose this hotel, and I am perplexed as to how MakeMyTrip continues to recommend such a property to their premium customers.
