They had ants on their beds in all of the rooms. They were even reluctant in giving the money back. Now we people are waiting for refund through MM

Even though we asked for non smoking room, the hotel gave us a smoking room. We changed once and the second room was still smoking room.

The stay was good but the check in and check out was pathetic. They were not willing to give a GST bill copy also, saying that it will be uploaded on MMT and to top it all unnecessary delays when you are in a hurry

Cozy and pleasant stay. Stayed in a twin room which was big enough with a spacious washroom. Hospitality was great.

Stay was pleasant. Hotel is cozy. A request to check for clean beddings. There were small insects in one room. Although I stayed in a previous room as well which was alright. But do ensure clean beddings.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Services were A1. Parking is an issue. But only parking is an issue. Everything else is flawless

The hotel was in the prime location, very accessible from the OAR in Kodihalli. The room was very good - I was upgraded to 1BHK - a pleasant surprise and it was very spacious and has all the facilities. The complimentary breakfast was well spread and well made. The only downside is that the hot water takes a lot of time and for that we have to waste a lot of cold water and even then the water wasn't that hot. Also the room has mosquitoes and insects which are disturbing.

Food was good however the facilities like water bottle was not sufficient. We were two persons in twin bedroom and water bottle was only half litre for one person. Towels and bathroom toiletries were not sufficient

It was really nice experience, upgraded free of cost. Hotel staff dealing was excellent. Restaurant was neat and clean and food were good. Only I have faced problem with bevel parking due to lack of space.

The stay was absolutely worth the money. Its very near to all the places to explore in indiranagar and the hotel is exceptionally clean and neat and the checking in process was smooth. I will recommend this to other people and would love to come back here again

Great rooms and comfortable stay. Food is great. Swimming pool on roof top is worth it. Will definitely visit against.

My experience was average. The room would occasionally smell bad. On the second day the odor was better but still I'm sure something is/was wrong. The buffet breakfast was fine though. On the other hand the food I ordered through room-service was bad. Overall experience--not worth the price.

I checked into LazDana Banaglore for 2 nights but stayed only one. There were a few surprises at the time of check in. The room amenities described room to be around 170-190 sq ft which was more in length than width so the room seems cramped. The other amenities described the room to have a ceiling fan, writing desk, minibar, mini refrigerator and all these were not there in the room provided (room #6104). Being diabetic I need a mini fridge to keep my insulin dosage and since this was not available I had to rely on the hotel kitchen’s fridge causing in convenience. The staff though was courteous, soft spoken and the food was also good and tasty.

Stay was good. The room was not that comfortable. The location of the hotel is not good. It could have been better.

I have stayed here few times in the past. The quality has degraded considerably. The staff is rude, quality of rooms has degraded. There are bed bugs and I couldn’t sleep all night

everything is fine just look into breakfast quality.. which needs to be improve. this like cold food

this is my 2nd business trip stay and Lazdana never disappoints me, the staff is accommodating and very welcoming. A kind appreciation to the entire team for keeping up a good work. looking forward to my next visit!
