Average Stay
There was no hot water available in washroom. Room was quite cold. Breakfast served cold during my stay in hotel.

Poor Stay
The room was good, but the restaurant service was extremely disappointing. It took 1.5 hours to get our food, and in the end, we had to leave without dessert and return to our room because the service was so delayed.

Average Stay
Being a Sarovar Partner Hotel, the amenities and the overall essence of a luxury hotel should have been much better than expected. We had water leakage from AC inside the room and the luminaries inside the room was not enough, it was dark. The rooms however were spacious but not luxurious for a Rs. 6000 per night charge. I would have better preferred to stay at the Hilton as it offers a much better offering to its charges. Location wise too the hotel was not conviniently located Being a Sarovar Partner Hotel, the amenities and the overall essence of a luxury hotel should have been much better than expected. The stay was delightful and the service provided by duty managers as well as the restaurant staff was quite satisfactory.

Excellent Stay
I initially booked the hotel for two days only to shift to some other location nearer to my meeting points, but was so impressed with the hospitality that u extended my stay at this place only and compromised on my travel distance.

Extremely comfortable stay.

MMT blunder
We booked 2 Executive rooms which were above deluxe rooms showing at the time of booking. Prices were also high for executive rooms compared to deluxe rooms. But when we reached at hotel, we were offered executive rooms which were lowest rooms at the hotel. We have shown them live through MMT app that price of executive rooms which we have booked are higher than deluxe rooms (means our rooms should be deluxe as per hotel nomenclature). The confusion was done as per hotel manager. I have screenshot of that time which showing deluxe rooms lower than executive rooms. Surprisingly, after night, next day, MMT corrected nomenclature on its bookings (Hotel manager has told me previous night that they will contact MMT). Now showing executive rooms as bottom of rooms type. We have to pay higher amount at the hotel.

Good Stay
The room was comfortable. The staff was helpful and polite. My little toddler and I had a comfortable stay there. The in room dining was good. I wish one of the main dishes at the breakfast table had less green chili for my toddler to have a stomach full meal. Rest it would have been a 5 star stay.

Awesome stay
It was a lovely stay, rooms were neat and clean. Reception staff, staff at the flavors resturant was very helpful. Really loved the complementary breakfast. If you are in Nagawara, it's a best location to stay. Right front of the property you will BMTC busses. You have good cafe, pub, resto bars all around the property. Only thing was, we ordered Hakka noodles and it was tastless no spices no salt nothing. Informed the same in the reception as well. Hope they look into it. Otherwise it's just a awesome stay.

The breakfast was very good but the room I would say was average . The linens were quite old I would say but the bathroom was quite neat and tidy !!

Worst Hotel Experience – Not Even Worth 1 Star
I'm from Bangalore, and I must say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I had booked a room at Grand Continent by Sarovar Portico, Hebbal for my sister’s reception – mainly for us ladies to get ready before the event. We checked in at around 4 PM, and right from the beginning, the experience was disappointing. The front office staff, especially a person named Sunil, was extremely arrogant and rude. He didn’t even have the basic courtesy to offer us a seat while checking in – which is the bare minimum you’d expect from a hotel, especially one under a known hospitality chain. To add to that, we were a group of ladies, and there was no offer to help with the luggage – no bellboy, no assistance whatsoever. The rooms were dirty and had a foul smell, making it very unpleasant for us to even stay in there for a few hours. One of the biggest issues was the lack of parking. This is the only hotel I’ve come across where guests are asked to pay and park elsewhere. We had to park our vehicle on the roadside amidst heavy traffic, constantly worrying about the safety of our car. The security staff was completely indifferent, showing zero concern for guests or their belongings. Originally, we had planned to stay the night after the reception, but due to the terrible condition of the hotel and poor service, we ended up checking out at 1 AM and returning home. This place does not deserve even a single star, and I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, respectful, and safe experience.
