    A Horrible Start – Stay Away from This Hotel!

    I regret ever choosing this hotel, especially for what was supposed to be a memorable after our wedding. The hospitality was shockingly poor—staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful from the moment we arrived. To make matters worse, when we went to the restaurant, we actually saw a rat running across the floor. That was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that pretends to cater to special occasions. This was meant to be a joyful and cherished start, but instead it turned into a horrible decision that left us disappointed and uncomfortable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

    This hotel is built on some sort of a canal, and its staff are as pathetic as the condition of their rooms. Their favorite scam? Telling you, "we're upgrading your room," when in reality, they’ve double-booked your actual room and are scrambling to cover it up. We spent a night in a filthy, disgusting room that left us feeling sick - literally. From the unhygienic conditions to the sheer lack of professionalism, everything about this place screams negligence and deceit. MakeMyTrip seriously needs to reevaluate their association with such properties.
