Affordable and amazing food. Stayed for 3 days. Well kept room. Service was also polite. Exceptional food.

Such a terrible service. Room card was not working and they didn’t even give me a manual key as promised in reception. Every time I need take a person with master key to open my room. Zero response from restaurant, room service and reception too just to order a cup of coffee in the morning. I even walked to reception to inform still no response. I was asked to visit restaurant and inform. I don’t understand their meaning of “room service”.

Good Ambience, supporting staff, good restaurants, good bar. Overall good experience except management bit fussy about late check out requests if even 1 - 2 Hours.

yes it was pretty good we really enjoyed the dish and vibe but while consuming chocolates kept in room they should have mentioned the bill will be added but they haven't said that so little disappointed about that to pay the extra bill later . Anyway enjoyed

The hotel is good. The area where hotel is located is not so good. Hotel is actually 2-2.5 stars. Staff is nice and restaurant is also nice. The hotel is located in central market place with lot of trash and smells and sound pollution.

wrongly charged the amount for the mini bar. I don't use any snacks. I had already told the receptionist for the short item in the mini bar but at the check out time they have disagreed for it. I am disappointed by this.. rest ok

Good food , clean premises, need to tell customer about auto service present from hotel as it is a one way road and Ola and uber won’t come easily

Enjoyed the stay with my family. Neat and clean, the pool was awesome. Had a great car parking. The breakfast is a must try

It was a nice hotel,the food was great especially the breakfast.The rooms were properly cleaned everyday and it had all the essentials.The only con is that it was located in a not so well area and we had to walk a certain distance to reach the nearby area

It is a nice property with cordial staff. Spacious & Clean Room which helped me to have a relaxed night after the hectic day long works. Excellent break fast which made the day start healthy and Energetic.

The stay was comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The place is very hygienic and also loved the chicken wantons in the breakfast it was just amazing. Would definitely like to visit the hotel again soon
