Room 404. Access card not working. Key lock difficult to operate. Toilet shataf slow water. Bathroom door not closing properly. Earlier stay in same room we reported problems. No action taken. Same room given again.

My recent stay at Treebo Hotel Sai Leela, Bangalore, was unfortunately quite disappointing. The service did not meet expectations. For instance, the night lamp in the room had no bulb, and despite multiple reminders, it was never fixed. During my stay, I accidentally cut my finger while slicing some fruit, and a tiny drop of blood fell on the bedsheet. At checkout, I was surprised to be asked to pay for laundry charges, which made me wonder if bedsheets aren't regularly laundered by the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was also not up to the mark. The idlis were hard and overly salty, and the pongal tasted more like plain dal rice. Only watermelon was offered as a fruit option. Additionally, the hotel staff did not inform us about the breakfast timings—we had to check ourselves for when it started and ended. It might be better to skip the complimentary breakfast and dine elsewhere, even at a higher cost. No complimentary water bottle was provided during checkout, although breakfast was included that day. Requests for extra milk or coffee powder to adjust the beverage to our taste were also denied. The room was quite small—difficult for a taller or larger person to move around comfortably. The television didn’t work, and overall, the room felt overpriced for the quality and service provided. Staff behavior was inconsistent—while some were polite and helpful, others came across as rude or indifferent. Moreover, the staff were not very familiar with local tourist spots, and it would be helpful if the hotel could provide a pamphlet or guide for visitors, as many other hotels do. In summary, while the hotel has potential, there is significant room for improvement in terms of service, amenities, and overall guest experience.

Didn't know about no Restaurant service during lunch and dinner. Mother came for a surgery and consultation and had to walk to the nearest restaurant. Would be good if you could arrange food as most of the people coming there could be patients.
