Washroom aren’t cleaned properly

Service very poor. Shower old very slow all room wash basing same like stuck bad towel room dining service also not good

Old hotel… no manner to staff how to talk with guest’s. Restaurant food very very high .

The hotel is in a good location, but the facility has to be improved. The food was good, but the hotel is quite old and the infrastructure too is quite old.

It is located in the heart of the city.This is the only positive.Rooms are clean but very old,plugpoints are broken.washroom is too small and very old fitting,doesnt work well.No value for money

Hotel location was good nearby shivaji nagar, bangaluru palace and mg road. Hotel lookwise great looking like old ancient type. Bathroom was bit small and rusty mirror.

there is no management and hotel staff is very rude and disrespectful they also charge extra amount

The food was decent for breakfast with limited options but the staff and service was good

Location of the hotel is perfect. just centre of Bangalore. Hotel is very old. and once upon time it used to be one of the poshest hotel. now it requires hell of refurbishment. all furniture is old, mattress are old and hard. beds give cranky noises when you get out of bed. saw few rooms getting refurbished. hope it comes back to glorious days.

Good and Safety to stay there , every day repeated food sambar and co co nut chutney and vada in the morning , this can be change with different menu

Thank you for the great experience at Hotel Capitol, Raj Bhawan Road. The location is prime and easily accessible. Rooms were well-maintained, staff was courteous, and the overall ambiance was classy and peaceful. I especially liked the food – both the quality and variety were impressive. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays. Looking forward to visiting again!

Never order food while you in room they will charge double the price than restaurant.

Location is very nice and walking distance to cricket stadium. Hotel premises and facilities also good. Rooms and interiors are very old and needs an upgrade.
