Hotel Windsor Castle Inn

Located 20 minutes ride from station is in a business type accommodation with necessary facilities for the tariff charged. The location has the disadvantage of no food joints nearby except udipi hotel which offset by their providing sumptuous breakfast. The best thing i noticed that the staff though minimal are really at your disposal and with smiling face. Recommended

Good servicing and keeping room neat and clean. Food was nice and after food they cleaned properly.

In real, hotel is not 3 star and please dont take breakfast. It betters to eat outside. The room has small insects and bedsheets were yellow.

Food, amenities & services - were all very poor. The room was not cleaned properly. Bunch of lint and dust were found scattered around the corners of the room. Pouches of tobacco were found fallen below the washbasin of the bathroom. So many cockroaches were found lying dead on the floor, in the cupboard and in the bathroom. The towels were not clean. Those white towels had visible yellowish and blackish brown stains which felt so "yuck" to even touch. The breakfast served next day was also not satisfactory. The sambar tasted like some weird combination of spicy mixtures blended with hot water. The bread slices of the sandwich were old. We could feel the hardness of those bread slices and it was evidently stale. I have my doubts on the hygiene, storage and the surroundings of that property. I believe a combination of all those things only made me sick.

The staff named rani is just excellent one of the staff best best service i only go when is there, she very sweet and friendly, she makes everyone feel joyful just love her work

Rooms are not clean and not wearth for money, they’re changing for parking rooms not even cleaned properly, every service they are asking for purchase

I had been to bangalore to national conclave of principals organised by tech av-ante garde at itc gardenia at residency rd bangalore. 18th april, by 4 pm i could reach the hotel, windsor castle inn where the owner greeted me pleasantly, completed the formalities and handed me the room key. Rooms are spacious and the interior aesthetics can be a bit more worked upon. The tiles of my room floor were shaky and uneven at places to which i soon got accustomed in the 03 day stay. Water and electricity is well provided with the hotel being well connected bustling with energy late night. Staff members are highly cooperative and have good communication skills with decent hospitality. The owner also is too helpful and empathetic. Hotel is in reach of necessary outlets and eateries at walkable distance. I remember the first night i came down to ask for a mosquito repellent as mosquitos had made me sleepless and uncomfortable but it could not be procured as this wasn't in the practice however i was offered a bottle of cold water which was pleasing. The tv set is well placed but proved futile as i was looking forward for any channel which could play hindi. To sum up, i took an o la taxi quite early morning and the receptionist bid me a warm greeting with appropriate instruction to the driver to drop me at terminal 1 at the airport.

Lots of cockroaches found the towels provided are dirty and damaged the hotel receptionist failed to respond when i requested for sports channel breakfast is minimal with no choice

Received with smiling face and considered us as their family. The stay at hotel with all support on our activities. Cheap and best accomodation at near vicinity. The breakfast, wondeful one they cooked personely for their gusts. Best wishes

The hotel was good and this rating we are doing for rani morning manager she was so good and the night manager was not good. He don’t know how to behave with costumer

Their reception staff is very good. But the room service is not staffed. The room is average. Bed sheets and blankets are dirty in the room. We asked them to replace it but they brought us a used blanket. Bed and blankets are not very clean. The room used by the previous ones. If you don't eat food, it will be with dirt. The main problem is that the room package includes breakfast. If you go to eat, you will not get anything. There is only chapati. The person in charge of the restaurant is very rude. It is like going home and asking for food for free. No one should enter this hotel again. Pay rs 500 or rs 1000 more and look for a good hotel. Don't let anyone else make the same mistake i did

Wash room is not much hygiene. Shower is not working. When i was booking the room 3hr early check in was allowed. But when i reached there they charged 500 rs. On the bed there was some hair of previous stayed ones. The sound of pegions near the wall is very much horrible at night

Everything was good. Reception maam is very helpful. Pathetic was breakfast. Mm t should mention its limited breakfast. They give 02 idly, half boiled egg in breakfast. My wife wanted extra, which we ready to pay extra, but that fat guy was so rude. We told him we don't think we come next time. His answer is, thats ok, its sole own property, my owners don't care if we don't come again. Pathetic. Room window curtain should be changed. . Rest was fine.

The room was dirty. Found hairs on the bedsheet. Found stains on the bedsheet. Used soap and glass. Breakfast was ok ok.

Great hotel with excellent service & ambience rooms are very neat & clean with proper hygiene maintained in washroom staff is very good & friendly
