This property is situated in the building owned by the KSRTC.The entrance and ground floor of the building is very ugly. That means first impression is horrible. The rooms and toilets are not neat.The door lock of the room which was allotted to me was not proper. Every time I have to ask the floor guys for locking and opening the door.The food served in the restaurant was also not tasty.

Property is huge but maintenance is so poor in room and bathroom is dirty .Not worth to pay 1 Rupees

This property is located at a very convenient place attached to the BMTC bus stand and beside kengeri bus terminal metro station. Rooms are in old fashion with very little ventilation. Bathrooms and toilet looks filthy. Needs renovation. We reached the venue early. They charged 50% of the booking price over and above additionally for early check in. No room service for breakfast. They gave us coupons to be redeemed for breakfast at the restaurant in ground floor. AC was leaking drops of water. Not worth for the additional charges they took.

Tv set up box not working, no recharge done. Secondly, land line intercom is totally dead

Kadamba guestline denied check in because i booked via book my trip, even though they had rooms. They simply show to make my trip that rooms are all booked. If rooms are not available why showing in make my trip?

The walls were a bit damp, and the room didnt have a kettle. Also the washroom light was buggy. Other than that a very good place to stay

The location of the place was not good. It was near a bus stand, so it was extremely noisy. The food over there was not clean. The hotel room was not that good. The room was old and had a weird smell to it. The services was good and quick.

The hotel photographs give a decent picture about the hotel entrance. But the hotel is located on the bstc bus stand with unhygienic surroundings and also the rooms are average with worst bathrooms. These bathrooms are unfit to use and no maintenance at all. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. 1

Hotel room is pathetic. And they offered a different room, it was not as per the order. Since it's a non refundable booking i don't had any option. Not available. 1

Water not proper. Room generally not clean. Bathroom accessories terrible. Hot water is not hot. Dour lock is terrible. Bathroom door lock is terrible. Lot of negative things to say. Entrance to the property is difficult. Lift is horrible. Parking is a hell. Overall zero

Had to drive my car to some private parking space(you need to pay for parking, from where a lift took me tova floor of the hotel. Room was clean. Though bathroom handle on the door was missing. A/c was good. Lot of intermittent whirring noise thoughout the night that made the bed frame to vibrate, made me almost sleepless. No coffee maker in the room.
