Very bad experience. I have paid rupees 200 extra on his demand. 1)fan, light faulty. 2)in the toilet hand wash toilet shop not provided by hotel.

I we find very good hospital with local support of hotel people and we enjoy our one day stay and we get very good support with them really

Horrible condition, horrible stay. Don't ever go to this place.

Everything was unhygienic in the hotel, please don't visit in this hotel ever, and they charge extra when you will visit in the hotel.

It’s one of the terrible days of my life. Hotel has welcomed me with utter anger why i paid my room rent advance to mmt. The owner and his daughter was grilling me for 15 minutes on why paid advance. I chose this hotel only due to one reason that it’s close to the hospital where my dad was admitted. But after a day long mental trauma, the hotel’s behaviour was saddening. I don’t want to write about their rooms, i paid for 2 nights but checked out after 1 night. They were even not returning my id proof. After several reminders, i got it back

All staff are very bad according to Oyo this one hotel is very bad

The manager is totally messed up with his own staff. Their server is all time down so for that the customer has to face the problem.

I booked my hotel palace through you on 14/01/2015 at Calcutta. When I checked in , rooms were horrible lots of rats in room , moving over bed . that was horrible night for us we spend whole night sitting. My son was crying ..as I ask to change my room no responsible man I got . early morning we moved to another hotel. I think you must be having some quality control. Kindly look into matter and refund my money.

Horrible. No one should visit this place.
Food was horrible and too expensive. Plus they were not allowing us to carry food from outside. Room size was very small and the person in-charge was very rude.

I stayed for a night, it was a business trip. Fine in budget.
Everything was fine, but it is only good for an overnight stay.

Bad location. Extremely unpleasant stay. Waste of time and money.
Very disappointed. No room cleaning for 4 days. Unclean toilet and bathroom. Just 1 water bottle for 1 day or 2 sometimes. Waterlogged in rains. Staff is also less and does not work when asked too. Shower not working for all 6 days stay. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very very bad to stay this is horrible hotel to stay .. No bed sheet. No Bath towel. No soap nothing. I have stayed here one night with great difficulty after fighting with the hotel got Bath towel.

For a single person for a fays ya its good. But dirty rooms, please clean the whole hotel and rooms, l ocation is great, everything is nearby but the rooms are diry not cleaned, the beds are cleaned, small room, perfrct for a day or two

Good Wi-Fi, Area was Awesome because Indian museum was near. Church, malls, office and worker enjoyed here which one wants budget rooms but or cockroaches available for your company they will entertain always you.

Hotel palace is located at main road.. It was connected all major part like new market, museum is planned many more etc.. Hotel tariff is almost reasonable.. Easy to stay, comfort and service is almost good.

The overall experience was worst and would never recommend this hotel or Hotel Diplomat where room was given In spite of actual room booked in hotel palace. I had booked room in Hotel Palace but was given a room in another hotel named Diplomat !! Where fan doesn't work/ too noisy, no towel in the bathroom and was told that person with the store key's has left for home !!! Please don't put such hotels in your list, it will spoil your name as well.

Hotel located in heart of city near Indian Museum. Weslyan Church and Hoggs Market is nearby. It is frequently visited by foreigners.
