I do not stay at hotel haritage

I do not stay at hotel heritage due to they say me that short circuit happen in hotel and they do not found any booking on your name. I tell them that my booking is paid but they ignore it. After all i check in hotel chawla. I have tell all this already and raised complaint also.

Pathetic service, no hot water in winters, intercom was not working, too much noise, even asking for hangers it was not provided. Because of this I left the breakfast too.

Average stay as the receptionist allotted the room after waiting for 45 minutes near about 12:50.

I will suggest not to choose room were not cleaned and toilet water leaking in toilet.
Everything was terrible. Don't choose this one, no hot water, no staff visit for cleaning, water leaking in toilet and used drinking water bottle were given to us.
