Wonderful stay, very clean comfortable rooms, and very polite staff. Food was very tasty and affordable.Even the location of the hotel is splendid, just on the side of the EM Bypass where finding cabs and other public transport is very easy.Overall a wonderful experience at Moments.Will book again in the future.

Its an average hotel with necessary amenities. Room size is too small and floor is little bit damp. Location is good, lift facility and quick room service is there.One can make tea or coffee inside the room as electric kettle and necessary ingredients are there.Overall Average staying experience.

Terrible Stay

soloIt was horrible experience, room was very very small, toilet was way beyond small, i could not sit on the commode properly. Too much noise entire night and lights are coming from outside. When i was about to check out there was no one in the reception and i got room in the another building and the main building had the shutter down. No wifi too.

Dear Sir, you had booked the Single Standard Room - New Wing, i.e the smallest and most economical room we have and rates are also commensurate to the facilities. We are situated on busy E M Bypass, which remains a bit noisy all the time. We have black-out curtains on the single window of the room which (if used) block all lights from outside. This things are clearly mentioned in site - the room size, bed size and type, non-availability of Wi-Fi (for that particular room type only. As it is very clearly mentioned in the room type : New Wing, it is suppose to be in a different wing. Further we have a 24 X 7 reception and for security reason we put the shutter down after 11:00 pm but we are always a call away, if you use the intercom. Please use the actual room images while reviewing, otherwise it looks like a profile.

familyBehavior of hotel management and cleanliness are the bad experience for us. The behaviour of old receptionist was non-coperative and adamant. Tv not working properly, remote is dirty. Ac was producing noise.

You are reluctant to move to the new wing and keep on asking for a free upgrade in the same old wing, which is not available that day.
