HOTEL PARV - Near Jawahar Circle

It's very very bed!!!

I paid the full day rent in hotel parv while I require this room only for 3-4 hour to complete my sleep as I travelled through early morning flight. On property they charged additional 300 Rs. For one hour early check-in. Property furniture and facilities are also not good. I suggest to avoide stay in this hotel.

i order food on call with this hotel and they said yes also they will give order within 15-20 mins but after 38 mins i called they said i forgot to take your food order but in 2nd they have given order immeditaely but tast is okok

The room was not clean at all, the staff's behaviour was rude, overall experience is 😞

Wifi was not working, when asked, he said that connection is not to my room. The geyser was not working. The AC was not working even at 16° temperature. Overall, the stay was not good even for a single day visit.

They don’t serve normal water easily.. I request them too many times then one jug of water available & his bathroom condition is too poor and fully damaged…toilet sheet water leaking and many much more. I never go with them and don’t suggest anyone to book this hotel and talk to everyone that never book rooms with *MakeMyTrip* beach your review and ratings regarding hotels is bad

Location is good, room is neat but it would be good, if the bed, pillows and bedsheets are also good and neet the bedsheet and dirty marks on it when asked to change they said we can't. Food is very good, it would also good if they allow out side food also like ordering from Swiggy or zomato..

Worst hotel i ever visited staff have no values for their guest they provide nothing even lightings are not proper in a room they hust fitted a bulb instead of proper lights which was also dim. Staff talks rudely wen u asked them to clean the room they were like if you have issues with the room or hotel kindly change your accommodation or cancel it on your behalf and get your money back we does nothing more about the same. Instead of correct on their behalf they just asked you to change room if you have this much problem.

The mattress is very bad quality and outdated. Dirty and bad smelled Blanket. Room Service is the worst. i have ordered drinking water and after 45 minutes i have to go to the reception then water is provided. overall a very bad experience and very bad stay

Extremely poor service. It’s unacceptable that water was leaking from the air conditioner in the room, creating a mess and discomfort. Room service was also completely unresponsive and careless. This kind of negligence reflects very poorly on the management. Strongly disappointed.

Price is decent the room they provided at first was running with current in washbasin after that second room was not in good condition,we ordered mushroom masala and there was any mushroom into it one guy with short hight serves nd attends well but some of daytime staff don't pay heed to ordered we make for lunch and he delivered almost three hours after ordering dinner overall experience is okay okay as hope we don't feel se issue we visit again the bill they provided as charged wrongful

It is good hotel with basic facilities. But more hygiene could be maintained.

I was stay 4 night ,,sach a Good service and nice and good behavior staff,,time to time fast service , peaceful area ,nice cleaning, free of cost RO water .

We booked this hotel in Jaipur through MakeMyTrip and were utterly shocked by the room condition upon arrival. The walls and ceiling were covered in damp patches and black mold, especially around the bathroom window The entire area reeked of moisture and neglect. It was not only unhygienic but felt unsafe to even breathe in that space. Despite reaching out to the hotel, there was no urgency or accountability shown in resolving this. We expected at least a clean and livable room, but what we received was far below even basic standards. This experience completely ruined our stay in Jaipur and left us deeply disappointed with both the hotel and the booking experience through MakeMyTrip. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I urge fellow travelers to be cautious while booking here.
