Hotel Vijay Niwas

We request a full refund as the hotel rooms were in extremely poor condition. Both rooms shown had a strong smell, dirty walls, broken bathrooms, and were very congested. It was impossible to stay even for a minute due to the unhygienic environment. We checked in, saw the rooms, and immediately left the property. The place did not match the description or basic standards of cleanliness. Kindly process our refund at the earliest.

Very bad experience. Despite booking the hotel didn’t keep the room reserved. My check-in was at 12 PM, but even after reaching at 2 PM, no room was available. The owner asked me to wait, but gave no proper update. Later, I was given a temporary room with a bad smell and a broken toilet. They said a proper room would be available by 4–5 PM, but even by 6 PM, nothing was provided. I kept following up but got no help. Finally, I got a room at 8:30 PM. Extremely poor service One of the worst experiences I’ve had.

The management is very poor. There are no amenities that are mentioned in their site. Hospitality is very Poor.

Overall food was good and have good hygiene

they got us checked in without getting the room cleaned. It was cluttered with dirty towels, garbage and plates and even after asking them to clean, they didn't change the sheet and then we had to complain to the mmt helpline to get it done. The experience was not good.

Firstly, when I reached the hotel, they gave me some dirty room for some time, then after the room got vacant they shifted me there. In the room service that I had booked, water was chargeable, which is not the case mostly in hotels, and no one came for room service cleaning either. Thank you

i enjoyed very much while staying at hotel vijay niwas the room was very good with maintained hygiene.

I booked the room for 2 people , me and my friend , and my check in time was 12pm and my friend's check In time was 6 pm, so he denied me to have that friend in my room . I faced these type of situation first time in a hotel . this was a bad experience .

Extremely bad experience no hygiene no service no safety nothing we complained so many times. We called many time to clean the room but they just ignored... really pathetic experience Horrible experience

I had booked the rooms in advance for 4 days. They gave me an executive room. The water tap was broken it made noise all night they tried to repair it but it still made noise there were gutka spit marks on the walls. Cockroaches in the room. Even after the spray hit. All the snacks I've bought from home have wasted because of it. The room had a very bad smell. The staff had called me after checking out saying that I had due outstanding balance even though I had paid everything in advance. What kind of hotel manager doesn't have payment records and asks the customer to send a screenshot? of the booking and payment? I had a train and the guy kept calling me. All over the experience was horrible. they have good food though and their travel agency is also good with very good and polite staff I had booked the rooms in advance for 4 days. Mediocre hotel. 2.5 stars out of 5 at best. Poor hygiene and staff management. Would not recommend it to anyone.

there were so many problems:- 1. Room not clean 2. washroom not clean 3. leakage from bashing 4. bed and towel had stains 5. cockroaches(20-30 in all over the room

Hotel staff not good my chek out time is 12 pm staff was asking me 10 am or break fast is not good and give limited break fast per person 1 dish like parotha and poha. And meggi only 3 items and hi say select anyone item one person and one dish..unlimited break fast not available it's not good.....

it was worst. the room is terrible. getting bad smell all over the room. AC was not working there is no hot water there is no proper plugs for charging
