Hotel Bissau Palace

Electric socket is not working, toilet jet is not working ,bed sheets are worn out staff is not cooperative

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. The rooms will give you a royal feelings. Try not to book the most expensive ones but the middle range as they are away from the front desk and give you lot more privacy.

Our two nights stay here and it’s best place to stay because all places is near to hotel hawa mahal, jal mahal, amer, jaigarh, narahgarh

This hotel is so beautiful to look at. The paintings and the decor is a nobility. The staffs are friendly and the sorroundings is a gem.

Palace property old charm but rooms not well maintained. Upholstery very old. The room originally allotted was big but with old upholstery, old floor and dampness gave the feeling of being in a godown. After complaint another room was allotted, which though smaller was a livable. Food was average. The property is great but requires investment for upgradation of rooms.

Property is beautiful but our room was cold and the mattresses were not at all comfortable.

1. Poor connectivity, it is in old basti, last 200 mts traffic can take upto 30-40 mins. 2. Big property but average kept care of. Hardly impressed. Dont know how come 4 star been given. Maybe size of the rooms is good that's why. 3. Washrooms not impressive. 4. Staff is good. Specially mr akhilendra and mr sandeep. But then they are staff, mot funders, who will renovate or repair or paint property articles.

To reach the property u have to go through market which is extremely dirty. The property was okay, can be maintained better, it doesn't have a scenic view.

The stay at bissau palace was something beyond words. When we entered the road to bissau palace, we were a little deterred by the road access but when we entered the property premises, the word that entered into my mind was amazing. The manager, the whole staff were very courteous, even giving to our mischievous demand to sit on the terrace in the rain however they were very sweet about it. The food cooked by them - both the dinner and the breakfast was amazing and to the point. Especially the lal maas they made for us. If you are willing to see and experience the culture first hand, this is your place to be. We stayed in maharaja chamber and felt like everything is still like the old times and still modernised enough for our usage, which was very nice to experience.

It’s a huge palace but there are no any guest are there only we two people stay night we feel terribly haunted we heard noice some one running on roof at middle of night electricity gone only in our room at night we got scared it’s worse experience for me horrible memories

Yes it is a palace, yes property can be called decent but it is deceit as mentioned in the below pointers : 1) property is badly maintained and needs some serious work. 2) gps location is not correct. 3) property exits in hardcore area filled with butcher shops and such narrow streets that you can't imagine, i drove there and it was a nightmare getting to the property. 4) i have shared images filled with flith and garbage outside and on your way to this property and no other way around reaching here.

Loved the place. the staff is extremely courteous and helpful! Room was clean and if you stay here, definitely spend the evening in the terrace. amazing view!

So many lovely furnishings and touches, but Hotel could do with some renovations

Rooms are decent and bed is comfortable. Breakfast however is very basic and could be improved in quality and variety.

Rooms are decent and bed is comfortable. Location is near the old City adjacent to Chandpole gate but the approach is through a crowded narrow street full of vegetable vendors and butcher shops. Breakfast is very basic and could be better in variety and quality.

It was a great experience. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay. Only glitch was approach road from Chandpole gate to hotel the enroute is very dirty smelly and with unruly traffic.

Prefer staying in some other heritage Hotel. This is not good
