We had a wonderful experience of staying there .it was a like a beautiful home with all the required amenities and that too in the very center .We just walked to the tourist spots like we have come for strolling .Everything in room was so alluring that you might think of buying cotton bed sheets cushions and dohars that they were using .In short we got really lucky to get that place

Extremely rude host

The property is nice, very well maintained and clean. However the behaviour of the host Poorvi was extremely rude. First of all my fiancee had kept his bike in their parking which had other bikes parked too. On the day of checkout they asked us to remove the bike but due to unavoidable circumstances we couldn’t remove it that very day. However the next day my fiancee went in the morning to remove the bike and he found that they had put the bike outside on the road with two flattened tyres. When I confronted the host she refused to take any accountability for the fact that they had not informed us before hand about keeping the bike outside. After one and a half days of checking out she messaged me, blaming that we burnt a bed-sheet and sent me random photos of a burnt bed-sheet. I fail to understand how is it that the cleaners noticed after 36 hours of check out that the sheet is burnt. Even though the property is pretty well kept, I don’t think it’s an ideal place to stay if the host is so unwelcoming and rude.

Dear Ms. <XXXXX>, Firstly, sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for your kind words. We genuinely strive to provide a great experience for our guests, and it’s never our intention to inconvenience or insult anyone—though mistakes can happen. For clarity, we’d like to share a few facts: Ours is a homestay, and parking is limited as our personal vehicles occupy the space. We occasionally allow guest parking with prior permission. No permission was sought for parking the mentioned bike, and we were unaware it belonged to your fiancé. We assumed it was left by a past guest. When it remained unclaimed even days after all checkouts, we had no option but to move it. Your fiancé was a visitor, not a guest, and ideally should not have parked at the property. We usually overlook minor guest-related damages (like linen), but felt the need to mention it in light of the serious allegations made. Once again, we’re sorry for the confusion and will strive to do better. We kindly request clear communication with property managers when leaving personal belongings on the premises. Warm regards,

Excellent Stay

It was an amazing experience staying there. Host was warm and welcoming, rooms are nicely decorated. The location is right in middle of a colorful and beautiful market. Just a few minutes walking distance to the city palace and the hawa mahal. Had a great time.
