HERITAGE ABOVE 1

There was no car parking to begin with. The owners must have outsourced the property to people no where related to hospitality. The manager was not aware of our booking. The rooms were not ready and one of the rooms were being painted. The bathroom was closed and the comode was so dirty that we had to call the manager and ask him to call the sweeper and get it cleaned. I even clicked photos of the sofas in the room which had thick layers of dust on it. No electric kettle and blankets were provided. The floor was dusty and uncleaned. The ground floor had a bar and anyone could come upstairs. It was not at all safe for a family.

Room was very good and comparatively bigger than others and classic look for visit in jaipur for male friends. Except cleaning ( rate in our room), service for breakfast ( they didn't ask anything and served food),

We stayed for 3 nights 4 days. Pros: Hotel was on main road, 5 mins walking distance from Hawa mahal. Very Large and beautiful room with paintings, wallpapers, dining table, sofa etc. Roof top Restaurant was there. Hotel gave perfect Jaipur vibes. Very near to market and other hotels. All basic amenities available. Perfect stay. Cons: Loud noise of songs coming from roof top restaurant till 11:30 pm. Also as hotel was on main road, vehicles' horns noise was also there.

A simple and felt like a homely stay. The staff was very courteous and have been very supportive.

Not a nice stay at all. They only entertain their restaurant guests and even getting water bottle is highly difficult. Staff behavior is casual, food is ok types they also do not provide any gst bill, not sure if they even file proper gst or not. The only good thing is its in the middle of market place but has no parking place

Very helpful staff. They let us stay even after check our bcs it was too hot outside. Property is also very beautiful

Very good service and very clean

The hotel is centrally located in the market, walking distance from city palace and hawa mahal. You will also get lot of auto rikshaw facility just outside if you don't want to walk. The hotel is very small, has around 3-4 rooms. The rooms are spacious but the cleanliness can be improved.

5 star rating i will give for this. All is fine

The stay at Heritage above 1 was not meeting my expectations. The room they provided was not good because it does not have any attached bathroom. I stayed there with my family so it was troublesome for us. The breakfast was not good, the quality of the food was not up to the mark. Staff at this hotel was also nonprofessional. The only good thing about the hotel was its location, it was convenient.

Interior of room was gorgeous with royal touch, it's a small place with well behaved, polite and helpful staff, only problem is that sapphire room has no interconnected bathroom.
