The room cleaning was very bad on second day of stay. Tea cups were not cleaned dustbins were not emptied Towels not replaced and water bottles not placed. Coffee/tea bar not cleaned. Such experience happened first time with us.

It is a good hotel. The rooms are not suitable for in-room dining as there is no place/space to keep the plates and utensils. The food quality is good. À la carte food was good, and even the buffet breakfast was also great (without any chilli or spices).

The stay was pleasant, the food options were good, and the rooms were aesthetic and modern at the same time The only complaint is why are guests not allowed to enter the room when it only for a couple of hours. People at the reception call me and say - ‘we have viewed the camera recording and you need to take your guests out of the room Immediately or pay extra charges’ I dont think this message and the tone is appreciated for premium hotels like this one

I had a great experience staying at The fern residency.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing stay. Good location, Around 20 mins from exit of Delhi Mumbai expressway,3 km from Hawa Mahal, city palace etc. 20 mins from Jal Mahal. Service is polite but a little slow. Room was clean and all amenities in working order. Pool was decent but lots of pigeons so need nets to maintain hygeine. Overall a good stay to explore Jaipur.
