amazing staff and super polite and helpful
Very clean hotel, just opposite chepauk gate 12, amazing centrally located and walking distance to the marina beach. The highlight is the well spoken staff and their service. Amazing staff and very helpful. Will definately stay again

Terrible Stay
It was awful. I came very late after a long travel from Delhi and they gave me a room close to the main road. I could hear every single thing on the road even a coin dropping. On top of which I had terrible sneezing and gotten sick because I have dust allergy and they kept the bedsheets and pillow covers very dusty and old. I asked to change room around 2am because I genuinely could not sleep because of the noise. The second room was much better noise wise but same dusty old bedsheets. I could only sleep after 4am while wearing a mast and take allergy medicine. I was very sick for the rest of the day. None of the staff speak tamil and they were very rude. There is no parking spot either.

Towards negative
I stayed there with my family- total 6 persons and 1 year old baby. Booked 3 rooms. AC was not working in 1 room. We called the hotel staff multiple times, they came and checked operated the remote but still AC never worked. The hotel boy said switch off the Fan and the ac will cool down the room. Seriously? The dustbin was not cleared till morning until we called the housekeeping. Bathroom was clean. Rooms are average clean. Overall average experience.

I couldn’t believe how come the property is rated more than 4 start in mmt. Leaking ac, no food availability, asking money every time you order something. The complimentary breakfast was poor they didn’t even offer tea.
