I didn't get the room which I had booked, old rooms, very dirty.

The property was located in a nice area with great connectivity. The staff was polite and the overall stay was very good.

No lock for bathroom. Unclean bedsheets. only plus is very near to metro station.

one of the worst hotel forever I had booked a hotel by emergency by mid night I was travelled on heavy rain and reached a hotel they easily says there is no room and room was full manager not updated in online one of the worst service

overall experience is good they have categories of rooms ... location and service are excellent 👌 do must check out highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at the property! The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and polite throughout our visit. What impressed us the most was their helpfulness—even after we checked out, they allowed us to keep our luggage safely for a few hours, which made things really convenient. We didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on that part, but overall, the service and cleanliness were excellent. Would definitely consider staying here again! Our stay at the property was truly comfortable. The room was clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. One thing we really appreciated was their support with luggage even after we checked out—they allowed us to leave our bags for a few extra hours, which made our travel much easier. We didn't try the food, so can't comment on that, but all other aspects like cleanliness, safety, and service were excellent. Would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a smooth and welcoming stay.

Full bed bugs , washroom not clean . Flush not working . No water from tap. Dirty stinky bed sheet and used pillow covers . Absolutely yuck

Prime location, good hospitality and healthy food. Amenities have to be upgraded to a standard level.

Somany in the bed we could not able to sleep properly that night. yes, the hotel staff changed our room at 1 am but there was a bug fear we were not able to sleep.

Food quality ok not testy and no water bottle at rooms bathroom taps all very trite no hot water

Hotel amenities were average, the toilet facilities were not good even the toilet seat was damaged. The complementary breakfast was good but the service was not that much appreciable. With this rate the room sizes are very small

Tv and telephone was not working, they change my room but still tv was not working in room. If we book room with breakfast lunch/dinner they charge 1000 + taxes extra but they provide lunch/dinner worth of rs 200 only. They purchase lunch/dinner from outside and amount above 200 they charge extra. I also call regarding that but they told this is hotel internal policy we cannot do anything on this matter.

The location is good , and the property is good, but they need to improve the hygiene in room ,bed quality is very poor , and I hope they improve it. Thank you

The rooms were not cleaned properly and the air inside was smelling. Bedsheets were stained and washroom's condition was very poor. Even the cupboards were not clean.

Good part is hotel location is good for metro to airport and for tirupati bus tour and safety wise. Hotel gave me 48hr stay which is be very good but room quality was ok ok due to bad smell and fan regulator not working
