one of the worst hotel forever I had booked a hotel by emergency by mid night I was travelled on heavy rain and reached a hotel they easily says there is no room and room was full manager not updated in online one of the worst service

“Well-Maintained Property, Worth Staying!.

We had a wonderful stay at the property! The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and polite throughout our visit. What impressed us the most was their helpfulness—even after we checked out, they allowed us to keep our luggage safely for a few hours, which made things really convenient. We didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on that part, but overall, the service and cleanliness were excellent. Would definitely consider staying here again! Our stay at the property was truly comfortable. The room was clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. One thing we really appreciated was their support with luggage even after we checked out—they allowed us to leave our bags for a few extra hours, which made our travel much easier. We didn't try the food, so can't comment on that, but all other aspects like cleanliness, safety, and service were excellent. Would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a smooth and welcoming stay.

soloTv and telephone was not working, they change my room but still tv was not working in room. If we book room with breakfast lunch/dinner they charge 1000 + taxes extra but they provide lunch/dinner worth of rs 200 only. They purchase lunch/dinner from outside and amount above 200 they charge extra. I also call regarding that but they told this is hotel internal policy we cannot do anything on this matter.
