it was a very good stay staff were very friendly we would really recommend this place

Arrived early. Hotel charged for early check-in but gave us a guest room which was very small. Though it was a very short stay, they did not offered us the room we booked even after the check in time.

terrible totally terrible... each room don't have lock inside... if you are inside room .. anybody can open the door from outside... using card. totally not recommended please available such place only good is... they have answer for everything... but The don't have lock system from inside

House keeping

The hotel was good, only backdraw was that the room was too small, not at all as it was showing prior to booking. Once you click on booking the room then actually that exact room is shown otherwise, when you just review the room on you don't see the actual Deluxe room in the photos...rest was fine and manageable. Things were near the market, beach, station, etc

My intime is 2.00 pm but they give at 6.00 pm, waiting for 4 hours outside. Door card is not locking properly. And offered key later

Everything is good like location close to Marina beach and many famous places, Staffs were also helpful, facilities like blinkit were also very good.

The room which was given earlier was in a very poor condition. It was not clean and had a wierd stink in the room. The bathroom was not clean either.. After requesting the room was changed and it was little better than the previous one but still not upto the mark. It has minimal resemblance to the photos shown in the app. There is no in house restaurany but it was mentioned so. Had a great problem regarding that issue.

It was good stay at the hotel no complaints. Decent hotel at Great price and most attractive thing is location of the place, it comes in safe and good place of chennai.

room was given only after ½ an hour after we arrived and we were asked to checkout before our prescribed time. on second day of stay our room card didn't work and we stood outside the room almost an hour with my kid and wife to open the door with duplicate keys. poor response from the staffs. when we asked for cleaning the room, the room boy scolded in Hindi language, getting ill treated even by the cleaning boy. overall poor, terrible stay

I had a wonderful stay at Al Noor Palace Business Class. The room was very neat, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Customer service was polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The overall ambiance was peaceful and perfect for relaxation.
