Request Make my trip don't recommend this property to anybody because 1. Very bad behaviour of staff 2. No hot water 3. No drinking water 4. No towels and soap only given on request 5. No helpers to carry luggage 6. Fan Sound is very horrible 7. In the bathroom there are no stands/hanger for keeping clothes 8. Bed spreads are very dirty. 9. Not suitable for families

The bathroom is not clean. The bathroom window was broken. no dustbin in the room. poor housekeeping

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were big black ants in the room, everything was dirty the bed sheets, towels, and washroom were not clean at all. The room had a bad smell, and there was no housekeeping service. The staff was extremely rude. Even after showing them the booking confirmation and bill, they didn’t allow me to enter until I showed the screenshot of payment(hen I had to speak to three different hotel staff members before they finally allowed me to enter.). My booking included complimentary breakfast, but they didn’t have any. On the first day, a staff member went out to get breakfast but came back saying the stores were closed, so they couldn't provide it. On the second day, they gave me a dosa from a local roadside vendor. Also, for anything we needed, we had to go down to the reception and inform them. Even when I asked for a clean towel because the one in my room was dirty, the staff told me to come down to the reception to exchange it he refused to bring it to my room . It was a terrible experience. I strongly suggest that this hotel should be removed

It was a worst stay in middle of my stay at 1.00 AM in the morning the room fan made big noise and got busted we ran out of the room .It was so terrible 😢

Rooms not provided, but could not partially cancel in MakeMyTrip, so forced to pay for 4 rooms even though I could use only 1 room

Worst hotel.. no cleanliness at all, no soap, to towels, dirty linens on the bed.. I was charged for breakfast but no breakfast provided.. This worst hotel in my life. Please don't fall for this crap based on the pictures they posted.

I booked this hotel based on the attractive photos on MakeMyTrip, but the actual experience was far from what was shown. The toilets were not clean and had a persistent urine smell, making it very uncomfortable. The blanket provided was muddy, and despite requesting a replacement from the service staff, it was never changed. To make matters worse, the lifts were out of service throughout my stay, which was highly inconvenient. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic hygiene and service standards, especially considering the high price. I would not recommend staying here.

No good staf. Full of attitude. No place for professionals. Only for couple with young generation is good

I have been waiting for a long time for a check in first room that doesn't have a TV. Then, I requested another room, but the second room had a strong smell of smoke. They moved us to a third room, but the mirror was in poor condition—it looked very old and didn't have any mercury. The bathroom was also in bad shape.

linens are not clean, infection i don't have pillow covers as well. lifts are not working. unprofessional staffs..

Very worst ,pillow cover ,bed sheet and blanket are I think they never wash and don’t provide towel , dental kit and AC does not work , behaviours of staff are like very casual , they treat like who said to book this lodge due to they wanted to be free if no booking means

The roads leading to the property is not good. I have to ask for towels and linens were full of strain, there is no doormat outside the bathroom , the handshower was leaking and inspite of complain no action was taken. Overall the stay was terrible. . I have checked out yesterday at 1400 hours.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness standards were extremely poor—pillow covers, bed sheets, and blankets were not changed between guests but merely rearranged. The room was unclean, with hair and cigarette ash present. Additionally, the location was not ideal. This hotel does not meet the expectations of a three-star rating, and I would not recommend staying here.

There is no hot water available as we need to get ready early in the morning . No service available in the morning for my parents

Unhygienic wash room. No hot water. No room paid service also to get morning tea. Ac room windows were open. All mosquitos inside. No towel.

Worst travelling experience ever. Completely fake hotel. Nothing as show in MMT portal. Had to checkout a day prior due to extremely poor experience and MMT support.

The worst experience i have ever had anywhere. Room was not even cleaned before asking me to check in. Was asked to move to another room where ac was not working and also terrible noise from fan. Shifted to another room where ac was giving too much noise through out the night with frequent power failures. After a worst night stay, another shocker by morning, there was no hot water with geyser setup. My booking included breakfast as well but they dont have it. They dont have parking either, need to park on the road side. Dont ever plan for a stay here particularly with family.
