Disgusting hotel very poor quality room very everything thing is dirty and not clean smell like rotten things there is insects and crocroaches wash-rum is not clean

ridiculous! Room was very dirty, bathroom can't closed. Fan not working. i have booked with Breakfast but staff said that no breakfast available. terrible.

Yesterday was the day of my stay with one more guest with me and it was a breakfast included booking. When we asked for the breakfast in the morning today they tell us that there is only one option which is plain paratha that's the only thing they offered us in the name of breakfast. This is the worst stay of mine in Oyo. one more thing they asked us to cancel the booking because the package is too low according to them. I want my refund. Very very bad hotel. Please disconnect this hotel.

Room is good but cleanness is not up-to date

Hotel is fraud they refused me to check in and asked for more money. In the end I have to book another Hotel and make my trip customer care is very bad they do not resolve any such issue, they just keep the call on hold.

Overall not a very good experience. Hotel has to work on service and maintenance of facilities in rooms. Location is great and that was the reason we booked it. The breakfast was OK, service was OK, however lacks professionalism.
The facilities were all provided, like clean linen, soap, shampoo, biotech products, however the room had huge maintenance issues, the bathroom handle came out, the bathroom fittings soap holder case was very dirty not cleaned. The room ambiance was not good, as if the room has just been somehow fitted to make it a hotel room, the furniture , cupboard seems very old, room lacked aesthetics. We received an sms from OYO team that we had been checked in a room, however, we were given the Room that was different, I felt that room was not up to the mark. At night we faced a lot of noise issues, as people in adjoining rooms were making lots of noise. This is the first time we have booked at OYO Hotel and we regret it was not a good experience. I feel though OYO is trying to provide all facilities in the hotel rooms, however the maintenance and service has to be ensured. The staff lacks professionalism, a lot of improvement needed. The main reception area was very dirty and clustered. Overall a bad experience, definitely I am never going to book an OYO room again.

Bad linen geyser not working, mosquitoes in room, overall bad experience.

Such a nice people around with great service. I didn't try much of their foods except breakfast which were good and tea is good too. I had food ordered from Swiggy which were good, didn't order foodpanda it's hopeless. The location is superb and easily accessible. Overall I had a very pleasant stay.

They have mentioned about 24 hours electricity and water supply along with power backup. That wasn't enough.
