Overall not a very good experience. Hotel has to work on service and maintenance of facilities in rooms. Location is great and that was the reason we booked it. The breakfast was OK, service was OK, however lacks professionalism.
The facilities were all provided, like clean linen, soap, shampoo, biotech products, however the room had huge maintenance issues, the bathroom handle came out, the bathroom fittings soap holder case was very dirty not cleaned. The room ambiance was not good, as if the room has just been somehow fitted to make it a hotel room, the furniture , cupboard seems very old, room lacked aesthetics. We received an sms from OYO team that we had been checked in a room, however, we were given the Room that was different, I felt that room was not up to the mark. At night we faced a lot of noise issues, as people in adjoining rooms were making lots of noise. This is the first time we have booked at OYO Hotel and we regret it was not a good experience. I feel though OYO is trying to provide all facilities in the hotel rooms, however the maintenance and service has to be ensured. The staff lacks professionalism, a lot of improvement needed. The main reception area was very dirty and clustered. Overall a bad experience, definitely I am never going to book an OYO room again.
