Stayed on 29th Oct 2025 Location - Prime!!! Rooms - Average for this price, basic room clean is done,AC was working superb fine. But the toiletry kit is bad, looks like someone used it Food - So So So bad, Breakfast buffet is for name sake

Hotel was not good... Staff was not cooperative... Not responsive... Guests smoking in public, in corridors, even rooms are not properly clean.. Rooms are very small

Everything was good you can choose this hotel. it's safe and family friendly. food was expensive and overall service was okay

Average Stay
Stay was comfortable, this was my third time staying there cause of interior but my first experience was better than this one. This time sheets and cushion cover were little less clean and also the smell of wet walls. Service is good tho. Comfortable.

Good good. May be excellent with some improvements.
The overall stay was good, but there's room for improvement in a few areas: 1. Staff behavior, particularly the female receptionist, could be more welcoming. 2. Assistance with luggage would be appreciated. 3. Help with room check-in would make the process smoother. 4. A breakfast reminder would be a nice touch. 5. Ensuring food quality before delivery to the room is crucial. On the plus side, the hotel's location is premium and easily accessible, with sindhi camp bus station and railway station nearby. The free one-side pick-up facility by ac car is a great perk. Room service, especially by mr. Manish 1st, was good and appreciated.

The property was okayish but the food served was delicious and the morning buffet was also served with so much love…the staff was very polite and helped us with all the things we needed.

Average Stay
The location of the hotel is good and the staff was polite & helpful too. The rooms were spacious and well lit but there were few things that bothered me. The first was: mosquitos in the room, slow service of house keeping, repetitive breakfast menu in buffet and the taste of the food was not up to the mark according to the price. The overall experience of the stay was average.

Poor hospitality
Hospitality was very poor. The receptionist was very rude and was not cooperative. Although house keeping and bar was good. Receptionist lacked basic etiquettes to serve customers.
