Room 401 Door lock was not properly working Dirty washroom Water pressure was very low from tab, even shower was not working Soap stand not avl No menu card provided, while asked they told it's kept somewhere you can order on mobile Was booked from MMT aap, and They taken a amount in advance with non refundable policy Only high amount is taking and service and the overall quality was of the hotel was very very bad.

Response to False and Misleading Guest Review – Room 401 Dear MMT Team, I am writing in response to the recent review submitted by the guest for Room 401 at The Experia Boutique Hotel. The guest has mentioned several issues regarding the room, cleanliness, water pressure, and service quality. We would like to clearly state that the review shared is entirely misleading and does not reflect the actual standards or service of our property. This particular guest was extremely uncooperative and disrespectful towards our staff during their stay. Despite our repeated efforts to assist and resolve their minor concerns, they were uninterested in any solution and instead created unnecessary trouble. Our hotel strictly maintains hygiene, functionality of amenities, and guest comfort. Thousands of guests have stayed and given positive feedback. Unfortunately, some guests expect 5-star luxury at budget pricing and resort to false reviews when things don't go their way. We request MMT to kindly consider removing or hiding this review as it unfairly affects our reputation and is not based on genuine facts.

Location of this has more dust because of the road work, room pathway also dust. Executive were guiding to reach hotel and were supportive , but tv and remote can be serviced and kept ready , fan noise too. Average

I understand that you were not satisfied with the room provided, but I would like to clarify a few things. The room you received was exactly according to the booking you made — both in size and rate. We have multiple room categories (standard, deluxe, family rooms), and the allocation is based strictly on the amount paid and room type selected during booking. As for cleanliness, we take hygiene and housekeeping very seriously. Our rooms are well-maintained, clean, and checked regularly. If there was any inconvenience, we also offered you alternative rooms, including a third option, which you declined. We do our best to ensure guests have a good stay, but expecting upgraded rooms without additional payment is not reasonable. Please understand that your personal preferences or expectations do not reflect the actual standard of our property. Making harsh or disrespectful remarks doesn't help either side. We treat all our guests with respect and expect the same in return. Thank you.

hotel staffs are useless. they don't even know to handle customers and take care of them..I booked a room for 3 day and aur conditioner of our room wasn't working from day one. I informed them to repair the ac but they couldn't.and there was lost of water coming from the ac pipes...
