Cozy Stay with Great Potential, But Needs Better Maintenance

I recently stayed at Raj Kamal Villa in Jaipur (entire 1st floor) through MMT. The accommodation felt cozy and spacious, giving a homely vibe. The air conditioning worked well and the caretaker was polite and helpful. However, cleanliness and maintenance need serious improvement. The bathrooms, rooms, bed sheets, and comforters required better cleaning. Pillows were not very clean, and some utensils ad cups even had cracks. The bathroom door lock in the common area was broken, tap was damaged, and the toilet needed more attention in terms of hygiene. If proper maintenance and cleanliness are taken care of, this place has great potential to be an excellent stay. It’s a nice setup, but definitely needs better upkeep. I have already done that, why don’t you look into it?

The homestay had a peaceful ambiance, offering a home-like feel with modern comforts. The caretaker, Manish, was extremely helpful, always available, and ensured we had everything we needed. The property also had a nice common area where we could relax and enjoy our time together. Overall, a great place to stay—highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!
