During my recent stay at Hotel Myriad Inn, booked through MakeMyTrip under the MMT Value Stay tag, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. Despite selecting a top-category suite with a balcony, the room fell short of expectations. The air conditioner was noisy, and I was disturbed by mosquito bites. Upon requesting mosquito repellent late at night, the reception declined to provide one, forcing me to order it externally. The washroom had a broken flush, and the sofa was stained with paan masala marks.
The balcony was cluttered with garbage, and despite requesting cleaning, no action was taken during my stay. Amenities like a hair dryer and iron were unavailable despite being listed during booking. Breakfast arrangements were inconvenient, requiring travel to another hotel 300 meters away. The meal provided consisted of only two pieces of idli and tea, which was disappointing given the package details.
Attempts to address these concerns with the manager were futile, as he neither met us nor responded to calls. This experience has led me to strongly advise against booking this property. It is crucial to read reviews thoroughly before making a reservation to avoid similar disappointments.
