Hotel Arco Palace

It is really to find a property location because it is situated beside the sindhi camp bus stand of Jaipur. The food quality is good and other amenities like a swimming pool, lift inside the premises, cleanliness etc. are also good.

my stay at the hotel was good and the location of the hotel is very reachable and near the metro and bus stand. especially the pool on the roof under this price is very attractive.

The hotel amenities like food, room, lift, swimming pool, all were excellent. Small concern is parking space, and the hotel location, it is in very crowdy area. Rest everything was fabulous. Food was super delicious, swimming pool was great. Room were good.

Valet service was good, but the condition of the room was average. Location wise it was good, it was near by ISBT food was good. Gym service was also good.

in amenities kettle,iron box not available. Room and bedsheets not very clean take care of this. bed Full itching.

Room is quite good but Ac not effective. Tv not working. When I call for assistance they tell us it will take time. Water & towels not in room. I ordered food that was serve cold.

no wifi connection at all, called 100 times but service was very poor...had to wait very long to check-in even after priorly booking

Cockroaches in the room needs pest control as in current situation very unheigebic. reception staff always busy on private calls and ignore room guests that also need to be addressed

The staff was very cooperative, but the rooms were not as good as shown on MMT. The AC wasn’t working properly, and I had to ask the hotel staff to fix it. Overall, the price felt a bit high for this kind of hotel.

Good property but they are taking too much time for tea 30 minute and breakfast aswell

Nice hotel but when I come for check in I have two room they give me very far from other room. Towels given in that was discard & no water, Toliteries in room. I have to call. Room having seepage, no hangers in room. TV switch is not easy to operate. Breakfast is good. But swimming pool is closed.

The facility was pleasant overall, though there is room for improvement in certain areas. The room was clean; however, the bedsheet and pillows did not appear to be freshly laundered. Additionally, the pool water did not seem well-maintained, as it caused some irritation to the eyes. On a positive note, the food service staff were courteous and provided good service.

the rooms booked were pathetic with all mosquito spray done. for this I had to upgrade my room where again there was continuous leakage in bathroom. third time I got a room which was much better than previous
