Review Of Hotel House Of Amer

We booked the hotel on MakeMyTrip for 3 PM, but checked in at 7 PM. The room was quite nice, the washroom was clean, the bedsheet was clean, and the location was very good, near Amer Fort. Their breakfast was quite good, which I got for two people. However, the room size was a bit small considering the value. There was no mirror in the room itself, only in the bathroom. So, you had to wait if someone was using the bathroom. Also, the switches were unique but lacked any identification as to which switch was for the fan and which was for the light. If possible, they should be identified. The next day, we came back after visiting the fort, had breakfast, and rested a bit. Then, we found out we had to check out by 1 PM or we would incur extra charges. This didn't sit well with me because if you book the room for 3 PM but check in at 7 PM, there should be some kind of balance maintained. Otherwise, everything was good. Specifically, the chef made a very tasty breakfast—the taste was good. The owner's behaviour was also very nice; they were polite and helpful. My only issue was with the check-in and check-out times; everything else was great.
