The house was situated in a good locality, it had excellent view from its balcony, a splendid sunrise to view at early hours of the morning. House was well maintained with green and flower bearing plants. However, I struggled on one front. I stayed for four days but housekeeping services for my room were not promptly made available. The toilet flush was not smooth. The attendant was not particularly polite in his responses mannerisms. It did not feel like he was trained to be a personnel in hospitality. Further, Since the property owner had a zero refund rule, I could not clarify my doubts and queries about the property before making full payment. e.g. early check-in request, if the property has washroom attached inside the room, if food delivery men are allowed to climb upto my floor, etc. This adversly affected my experience. I did not have direct access to the property owner, only the care taker of the property who wasn't really gentle or polite.
