We need to set the record straight, because your review does not reflect the truth. At the time of your checkout, our mandatory room inspection found damages that occurred during your stay, including: • A broken shower, which was fully functional at check-in • Stained and dirty bedsheets that were not in this condition before your stay • Other signs of misuse inside the room None of these issues were reported by you at any point while you were staying with us. Regarding your comment about the bucket: We do not place buckets in rooms by default because every room is equipped with a working shower. Buckets are provided only if a guest asks for it, and you did not request one. Mentioning this in the review appears to be an attempt to justify the damage that was discovered only at checkout. Your complaints were made only after we asked you to take responsibility for the damages you caused. Creating a false narrative to avoid accountability and to harm the property’s reputation is unacceptable. We maintain detailed records of room conditions before and after every stay, and the facts are fully documented.

Really liked the place — it’s pretty and well-maintained. The location is perfect, easily accessible by cab and close to plenty of food options. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast — the options were limited, as we could choose only one item out of three and just once. If the breakfast variety is expanded a bit, the experience would be absolutely perfect!

very bad property, dont go by picture. this hotel is not worth even 1000Rs. worst and dirtiest swimming pool. restaurant not working. they claim to be 4 Star but not worth even 1 star. will stop using makemytrip also for this kind of produuct

We were quite surprised to read your comments, as no such concerns were mentioned to our team during your stay. Our records reflect that all standard amenities — including clean towels, toiletries, and room cleaning — were provided as per policy. At the time of checkout, our housekeeping staff noticed significant food stains on the linens and missing towels, for which we politely requested payment as per our standard hotel policy. Unfortunately, this was refused, and the situation led to some unpleasant behavior toward our team members. While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, we do not tolerate any disrespect toward staff.
