Stayed for 2 nights with family. This place has nice and clean room. Food was good, we enjoyed thoroughly. Would like to suggest to make breakfast better with local options as Idlis were far away from OG southern taste-shape-colour-softness.

Poor Stay
The staff is really rude didn’t let my partner finish her online business meeting and we also had complimentary late checkout of 3 hours they said no you are not allowed for that. And then they cut the call in the middle without any greetings it was terrible staying in this hotel

Excellent Stay
This is best option hotel available in given in this budget with all necessary facilities and good room service. Overall good and satisfactory. One recommendation to hotel management to make room equipped with study table.

Excellent Stay
Really good place to stay if u r looking in Jagatpura. Person at the reception was very helpful allowed an early check-in with a free of cost room upgrade as well. Stayed for a couple of days and the rooms were really clean & well maintained hygiene. Food was also good with good options at the complementary breakfast. No complaints at all.

I have always found this property to be clean, the staff respectful and the packages offered to be reasonable. If you are on a business trip and have work around the area, I would recommend this hotel.

Nice stay, good rooms and service.
Property is really good. Near to Akshay patra temple. Breakfast was so gooood, 20+ items and delicious too. Though pool a bit small just 4.5Ft but it's ok for noob.

room size very small
room is too small as shows in website, cleaning is good,staff behavior is good at the time of check-in. but at the time of check-out they say sir can i check room before check-out. its embarrassing thing for me ever. their is no hotel says like that even 5 star or 7 star. one of hotel staff come and check everything like we keep some hotel thing in our bag after checking all they say sjr its oky you can check out

Worst check in experience
The receptionist Rahul spoiled the whole check in experience, kept nudging for all the small stuff, couldn’t help with the luggage, didn’t bother about asking for some water when we came after a long 5-6hr journey. Came to the room to click pictures of ID again when it was given at the reception at the start. The hotel was decent but the experience was completely ruined just because of the night manager Rahul.

Slight improvements required
Good experience overall. Can work on the pool timings, make it more flexible. Breakfast menu can become repetitive, especially if you are staying over 2 days. Attentive staff and good maintenance
